Ticketing, Exchange & Refund

Exchanges (date, time and/or routing change) :

The ticket change/exchange (date, time, route etc.) may be possible depending on the fare rules of the ticket, as mostly tickets are non refundable In coach, business and first class.

If the tickets are changeable, then the airlines penalty, fare difference (if any) + TheAirtix.com services fees will be applicable.

The fares are not guaranteed until the tickets are issued or re issued. The fare may change anytime and we have no control over it. The customer/passenger will have to pay the difference according to the increase in fare in order to get the ticket changes done.
The tickets are non transferable.

Name changes are not permitted.

 

Cancellation and Refunds

The tickets may be refundable as per the fare rules of the tickets. If the fare is refundable, the customer will be informed about it at the time of cancelation or when the customer inquires.

If the tickets are refundable, the refund will be processed either by the airlines or TheAirtix.com which may take upto 1-3 billing cycles.
The cancellation penalties may vary if the cancellation is not done as per the set airline guidelines.

 

Combination

This fare cannot be combined with any other fare

Until the payment is realized in full, should there be an increase in airfare or taxes, the same will be intimated and charged to the customer.

Until the payment is realized in full, the booking is subject to cancellation by the airline or TheAirtix.com without prior notice.

If the payment is not approved on given credit card number (s), the customer will be notified as soon as possible. In such a scenario the customer needs to speak to the credit card company, or provide alternate credit card number, or change mode of payment as applicable.

Should there be any error on the booking/ticket; the customer should report the same within 24 hours of getting the confirmation email or product receipt, the former holding priority.

TheAirtix.com is not responsible for loss/damage of shipment by the courier company.

TheAirtix.com is not responsible for any schedule change by the airline after issuance of the ticket, but will inform the customer of the same.

All tickets are subject to date change and cancellation penalties with exception of some tickets being non-refundable but reusable at a later date as per the rules of the airline. Partially or half utilized tickets are non-refundable.

Before the commencement of your air travel, please check that you possess all the valid documents required for travel – Valid Photo ID, air tickets, etc. Contact airline for further details.

Payment Ticketing

Upon realization of the payment, the tickets will be issued/re issued (in case of exchange) and will be emailed as mostly the tickets are E tickets or may be dispatched through courier company to the delivery address given at the time of booking. The processing time can vary from 1-2 days depending upon the city of delivery. The shipping details will be sent to you via email if applicable.
